The board was a very basic and simple design with plenty of left over real estate. A schematic for this board can be obtained here.  The only item of note is that a signal was put out on the S-100 bus line 69 indicating the status of the "write protect line " (pin 70).  These signals were dropped by later board manufactures and never incorporated in the IEEE-696 standard.  The boards were quickly replaced in S-100 systems for more dense RAM boards and are now essentially collector items.
